You acknowledge that content on AlmostChefs is generated or modified using AI technology. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. You agree to use recipes, nutritional information, and health scores as general guidance only, not as professional advice.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features (such as generating variant recipes), you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

We use magic link (passwordless) authentication. By providing your email, you consent to receiving authentication emails necessary for account access.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Abuse the variant generation feature (excessive or automated requests)
• Redistribute AI-generated recipe content for commercial purposes without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

6. Email Communications

By creating an account or subscribing to our communications, you consent to receive emails from AlmostChefs including authentication links, recipe updates, weekly digests, and related content. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Authentication emails required for account access cannot be opted out of.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its AI systems, design, and original content, is the property of AlmostChefs. Recipes generated through the Service are provided for personal, non-commercial use.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AlmostChefs shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to health issues from following recipes, reliance on nutritional information, or interruption of service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
